Do unused hours roll over?
No. Hours reset monthly on your billing date. This keeps scheduling clean and availability predictable for everyone. If you're regularly burning all your hours, Pro is built for that.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No lock-in, no penalty. Cancel before your next billing date and you won't be charged again. Founding Creator rate is locked for life — if you cancel and rejoin later, you re-enter at whatever the current price is.
Who counts as a guest creator?
Pro members can bring one additional creator per session at no extra cost. Guests don't get their own booking access — you schedule, they join. Studio members have no guest cap within reason.
Can Founding Creator members use any set?
One set per booking session. You can book different sets across sessions — just not multiple sets in a single booking. Pro and Studio members have no set restrictions.
How does billing work?
Monthly, same date each cycle. We'll send a Stripe payment link when you confirm your spot. No charge until membership officially opens.
What's the brand-deal pipeline (Studio tier)?
We work with brands that need Montreal-based content creators. Studio members get first right of refusal on paid opportunities that match their content profile. No guarantees — but real introductions.
